Canadians Dominate in March: Back-to-back wins for John Pearce close out 2007 HITS Desert Circuit and inaugural year of new HITS Desert Horse Park COMPLETE STORY ... Canada wins Nations Cup at Wellington For the second year in a row and the third time in five years, the team from Canada brought home the gold medal in the $75,000 Nations Cup CSIO 5* COMPLETE STORY Mario Deslauriers wins $150K Jumping Championship Riding last in a three horse jump-off, Mario Deslauriers kept the Canadian flag flying when he and Paradigm raced to the win in Sunday's $150,000.00 CN US Open Jumper Championship CSIO 5* COMPLETE STORY Eric Lamaze wins $100,000 in rider challenge Eric Lamaze of Canada won the second annual FTI Rider Challenge and a bonus of $100,000.00 COMPLETE STORY $30,000.00 1.10m & 1.20m Junior/Amateur Championships: As announced in our last newsletter, we are very pleased to be offering $30,000 in two Jr/Am Series at four of this years RMSJ tournaments. Wildwood Equestrian Park will be sponsoring the $10,000.00 to the 1.10m championship series, Blue Valley Farms will be sponsoring the $20,000.00 1.20m championship series. The Horse/Rider combination with the highest # of points in the Wildwood Equestrian Park Series will be crowned the champion of this series, and along with a beautiful cooler, will be presented with a custom made CWD bridle, while the Horse/Rider combination with the highest # of points in the Blue Valley Farms Series will be crowned the champion of this series, and along with a beautiful cooler, will be presented with a custom made CWD saddle. Winter Training Series III & IV: (Entry Forms & Closing Date:) The third of four 2007 Winter Training Series is set to commence this coming Friday. We would like to remind all competitors that the closing date for entries is today! Also, the entry form for the fourth Winter Training Series set for April 6th - 8th, has been posted to the tournament pages. Finally, as a reminder, RMSJ will be sending four people to see the World Cup Finals in Las Vegas next month. By competing in three out of the four Winter Training Series, you become elgible for a draw to take place at the final WTS. Check th following link to see those in contention so far.
